Bidders shall notify the UNDP focal person a day in advance as to whether or not they intend to participate in the site inspection.

All interested potential bidders are required to conduct the physical site visit for complete understanding of Scope of Work prior to submitting their formal bid through the QUANTUM system to UNDP. Bidders who will not have conducted the site visit, their bids will be excluded from further evaluation process as non-compliant.
Minutes of the both Pre-bid meeting and Mandatory Site Visit will be disseminated through Direct messaging via QUANTUM.
