Job Title: Remote Scheduler

Job Description

Responsible for coordinating and scheduling procedures for patients. This role involves working closely with healthcare providers, patients, and administrative staff to ensure efficient and timely scheduling of procedures. Must maintain accurate records, provide excellent customer service, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.

Hard Skills

  • 2+ years of experience

  • Scheduling procedures and appointments

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date scheduling records in the EHR system

  • Verifying patient insurance information and obtaining necessary authorizations

  • Collaborating with the billing department for accurate coding and billing

Job Type

This is a contract position with a duration of 4 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in New Haven, Connecticut and some days remote.

Work Environment

Will be training on-site for a few weeks then will be fully remote. Must be available 8am-6pm with a flexible schedule. 37.5 hours per week.
