What You’ll Be Doing

  • Perform analytics to identify production-increasing improvements to customers’ farms, monitor asset health, and manage technical and financial risks
  • Work with Renewable Analytics leadership to drive and manage customer analytics objectives, tasks, and new methods & innovations projects
  • Develop, test, and provide feedback on analytics workflows, tools, prototypes, and processes
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers and Business Development in driving optimization realization, operator and OEM discussions, and Clir growth opportunities
  • Provide technical leadership, cultivating cross-functional knowledge sharing

What You’ll Need

  • Strong analytical background, with experience in renewable energy performance analysis or asset optimization
  • Familiarity with wind energy systems, including operational data, turbine performance metrics, and asset health monitoring
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages, such as Python, R, or SQL
  • Effective collaboration skills, working with cross-functional teams and communicating complex findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • A degree in engineering, renewable energy, data science, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience

Bonus Points For

  • Experience developing or testing analytics workflows, tools, or prototypes
  • Knowledge of wind turbine technology and operational standards
  • Familiarity with financial risk assessment in renewable energy projects
  • Prior experience partnering with Customer Success or Business Development teams
  • Advanced statistical or machine learning expertise relevant to renewable energy analytics
