Context
Task description
• Supporting in collecting feedback, qualitative and quantitative data, and photos from technical officers that highlight the work of WHO Sudan to use in donors’ reports.
• Contribute to the design, production, and update of infographics, presentations, agenda, handouts, and reports, sometimes working on strict deadlines.
• Write reports on donor-related activities; contribute to other WHO Sudan reporting requirements, and the impact of the current armed conflict in Sudan.
• In collaboration with Health Information and M&E Unit prepare regular Situation Reports (daily, weekly monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc,)
• In collaboration with the technical and communication teams, document success stories and the impact of delivered supplies and services on the quality of health of the affected population,
• Review and edit proposals and reports to donors and different stakeholders.
• Review and edit documents produced by the team, implementing partners, and consultants.
• Create and maintain the WCO Sudan SharePoint for SITUATION RERPORTSEPS/ DONOR REPORTS/ PUBLIC INFORMATION PRODUCTS
• Other WCO-related tasks as deemed necessary by the responsible officer
