Request for offer to supply Metreleptin to patients in Kazakhstan

UNDP kindly requests your participation in this Request for offer to supply Metreleptin to the patients in Kazakhstan. Please submit your offer in response to the attached RFO ref. GPH6290000. 

Kindly take note of the followings:

• The quantities specified in this RFO represents demand from Kazakhstan for Metreleptin 3mg and 5.8mg
• The Purchase Orders (POs) will be placed once the offers are accepted and approved by the Country Office. The final quantities may vary (+/-) at the time of placement of orders.
• Suppliers are expected to offer their best prices considering the volume indicated in the RFO and offered prices shall remain valid until 24th of July 2024.
• UNDP reserves the right to use the results of this tender for Lots included within this process
• When submitting your offer, please provide the duly completed excel version and a signed version of the RFO form. In the event, when a price discrepancy is noticed in the RFO template vs. the one in Quantum, the price offered in Quantum will prevail.
