Applications are invited for the post of Research Administrator within the Department of Economics supporting the Leverhulme International Professorship led by the Principal Investigator (PI), Professor David Levine.
This is a project funded by the Leverhulme Trust and the main goal is to study social mechanisms and their allocations. The project aims to link work in game theory to the operation of social norms in a heterogenous agents’ framework. The project will involve economists, psychologists, and computer scientists at Royal Holloway and will start on 1 September 2023 and run for 60 months.
The ideal candidate will have a background in administration and/or project management. You should be an excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks. You also need to be a team player and have a problem-solving attitude. You will be an enthusiastic and committed professional and have the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships.
The successful candidate will work closely with the PI, Professor David Levine (Economics), the research teams within Economics, Computer Science and Psychology and with Professional Service colleagues across College including, Grants and Contracts Finance Team, HR, Procurement and the Doctoral School.
