We are seeking to appoint a Research Assistant to manage the day-to day activities of the project: Establishing an online education platform to maximise surgical careers. The successful candidate will work with Dr Chris Gaffney. The project will involve running focus groups with surgeons and then developing a Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) around surgeon health and well-being.
This post is for the duration of 6 months.
Applicants should hold a science or medical degree, for example Sports Science, Physiology or Biomedical Sciences and have an interest in applied research with medical professionals.
The post will commence on 01 May 2022, or as soon as possible thereafter.
We are open to discussing flexible working arrangements including working week and days/hours worked and flexible start and finish times.
