The Institute works collaboratively with external partners in NHS, Local Authority, health, and social care, VCSE and commercial settings to tackle health inequalities, empower patients and populations and support the healthcare workforce.About the roleAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Research Associate to join our Health Sciences and Wellbeing faculty on a fixed-term basis. The successful candidate will support the development and delivery of an externally funded evaluation of enabling effective learning environments in the NHS and academia. You will lead on a mixed methods analysis and writing up the findings as an executive report, a lay summary and publication in peer-reviewed clinical journals and conference presentations.What you can bringThe successful post-holder will hold a postgraduate qualification which will support the role, have experience of conducting research and evaluation projects with and/or around Nursing, Midwifery and Allied Health Professionals (NMAHP) issues such as UK based research and workforce issues, and solid experience and expertise in qualitative methodologies and research ethical approval processes in the UK.What we can offer youOur University is not just a place of academic excellence, but also a community that embraces inclusivity and support.
