Fuse Energy, a leading innovator in renewable energy solutions, is seeking a talented and driven R&D Engineer to join our cutting-edge team. As we continue to push the boundaries of technology and develop new, sustainable energy solutions, we are looking for an engineer who is passionate about research, innovation, and development in the renewable energy sector.Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research and development projects focused on advancing renewable energy technologies and solutions.
  • Design, prototype, and test new products and components to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of renewable energy systems.
  • Analyse and interpret data from experiments and tests to drive product improvements and innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, engineering, and manufacturing, to ensure seamless integration of new technologies into existing product lines.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements to ensure Fuse Energy remains at the forefront of innovation.
  • Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations to communicate findings and progress to stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement testing protocols and standards to ensure the reliability and performance of new products.
  • Assist in the transfer of new technologies from the R&D phase to full-scale production.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field. A master’s or PhD is preferred.
  • Proven experience in R&D within the renewable energy sector.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and innovatively.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools for design and simulation.
  • Experience with data analysis tools and software for interpreting experimental results.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience.
  • Passion for renewable energy and sustainability.
