About the Role & Simcenter

Siemens Digital Industries Software is looking to expand the Simcenter Engineering ADAS team with a R&D engineer focusing on machine learning technologies for automated driving perception (AI, Generative AI, Multimodal AI). You will be part of an international and dynamic research team responsible for innovative engineering solutions in ADAS and autonomous vehicle driving. The team is working on multiple R&D and commercial projects. You will also have chance to collaborate with other industry and EU institution partners during project execution.

Our innovative ADAS technologies enable customers to collect data, build test cases, design, scenario-based testing and validate automated driving for optimal safety and comfort performance. With a strong portfolio of Siemens Simcenter simulation and testing tools (Simcenter Prescan, Simcenter ADA, Testlab, Amesim…), supported by skilled engineers and project expertise, we address challenges throughout the autonomous vehicle development cycle.

Area of Responsibility

• Write scientific reports.

• Project management, collaboration with partners.

• Execute project tasks in ADAS R&D projects, cooperate with project team members.

• Develop ADAS machine learning, especially computer vision and Generative AI technologies.

Your Qualifications & Experience

• Fluent in spoken and written English

• Strong interest in automotive and autonomous systems

• Experience with scientific computing and programming Python, C/C++, Matlab

• MSc/PhD degree in AI or computer vision

Your application will be stringer if:

• You have experience with real-time implementation

• You have experience with autonomous driving, racing, Generative AI.
