Are you an ambitious researcher looking for your next challenge?  Do you have experience of engaging with water and sanitation governance in your own research field with a particular interest in gender, intersectionality, and the politics of data?  Do you want to further your career in one of the UK’s leading research intensive Universities? 

We are looking for two post-doctoral researchers to support the final months of the GCRF Water Security and Sustainable Development Hub, with a particular focus on gender, intersectionality and ethics; and the politics of data.

Working with Professor Anna Mdee and Dr Lata Narayanaswamy, you will be conducting research including planning and undertaking fieldwork/conferences and analysing data.

With a PhD (or awaiting examination) in International Development or Social Sciences or an interdisciplinary study on water and/or sanitation, you will also have demonstrated critical understanding of governance, political ecology or feminist approaches.
