Job Description

A Analysis Fellow place is open within the analysis group of Dr. Gong Xiao, on the Division of Electrical and Pc Engineering, Nationwide College of Singapore (NUS).   The Analysis Fellow will work intently with the Principal Investigator (PI) on a number of analysis initiatives.  The challenge goals to discover superior semiconductor digital gadgets for future superior built-in circuits and quantum know-how.

{Qualifications}

Possess a Ph. D Diploma in Electrical Engineering with robust information in semiconductor gadget know-how, quantum physics, and superior reminiscence. 

Sturdy information in fabrication and characterization of digital gadgets

At the least 4 years of experiences in semiconductor fabrication know-how, equivalent to moist etching, PECVD, ALD, Etcher, E-beam, varied lithography methods, implantation, diffusion, sputtering, and and so on.

Proficient in simulation software program, equivalent to Sentaurus, Spice, matlab, and so on.

Possess related experience confirmed via coursework and initiatives throughout his/her research.

Wonderful tutorial monitor file with a minimum of 5 papers as first authors in high journals and conferences.

Wonderful communication abilities as he/she is required to publish and to current outcomes at conferences and journals independently. 

Work effectively with group and be unbiased, and be capable of steadiness effectively between advancing his/her personal analysis and contributing to the bigger group’s success.
