Communicate effectively with stakeholders, manage expectations, and actively contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.Educational Background: PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or related field, with a strong academic track record. Outstanding motivated candidates with very strong coding skills without a PhD will be considered.Research Experience: Demonstrated experience in conducting research, ideally with at least one significant publication in a reputable venue.Work Experience: Research or Industrial experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning or Reinforcement Learning is necessaryTechnical Proficiency: Proficiency in coding, showcasing your ability to translate research ideas into practical implementations.
