Research on labour markets, social policy, skills and the future of work is performed by the Jobs & Skills Unit. Within the unit, the Future of Work programme investigates current and future changes in labour demand (the quantity and quality of jobs) and supply (workers and their skills) across sectors and occupations, driven by technological (e.g. AI, big data and cloud) and organisational (e.g. telework, outsourcing and platform work) changes.
CEPS is looking for a researcher to work on research projects and participate in independent policy advice on EU policy issues.
