About the Role

The Resource Mobilization Associate will work with managers to develop and manage client relationships. He/She will support the resource mobilization efforts of The Dotted i.
1. Coordinate and schedule meetings and conferences with clients’ staff
2. Prepares meeting agendas and takes meeting minutes.
3. Work closely with other departments to develop winning proposals.
4. Manage social media accounts and web content
5. Deliver reports and letters in a timely manner and ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information.
6. Organize work and proofread documents
7. Research potential funding sources and donors aligned with the Dotted i clientele
8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date donor and prospect information
9. Other responsibilities as assigned.
