Here at the University of Lincoln, we put students and their experience at the heart of everything we do, and this role will give you the opportunity to support students who are living in University owned and managed accommodation.
You will work with the Residence Life (ResLife) Manager and Residence Life Team to provide excellent customer service to students and colleagues who come into contact with the Student Support Centre, ensuring they have access to relevant information and support. You will work closely with colleagues to further develop the range of information available about the department with a focus on students living in University owned and managed accommodation, and to enhance our activities, events and social media presence. You will also be required to write and collate ResLife Student Assistant (RSA) contact reports, arrange meetings for the Team, and to respond to general enquiries from both students and the ResLife team.
