To succeed in this role you will:
- Have an infectious enthusiasm for food, farming, and outdoor education.
- Be confident and experienced leader, especially for children and adults in outdoor
environments. - Have the skills to engage and manage schools, farmers, and local partners.
- Be highly organised and have the resilience to work independently across public facing
responsibilities and administrative tasks. - Understand and/or have experience of the barriers facing disadvantaged children in
accessing food, farming and countryside experiences.
