  • Artfully orchestrate customer interactions.
  • Demonstrate exceptional sales proficiency through direct engagement, offering specialized product expertise via door-to-door canvassing and specialty events.
  • Address customer inquiries promptly, conducting thorough research, resolution, and diligent follow-ups.
  • Evaluate customer requirements and deliver tailored recommendations and solutions.
  • Maintain an impeccably updated customer service database, meticulously documenting all interactions.
  • Assist customers in placing orders, with dedicated follow-up on existing and previous orders.
  • Collaborate adeptly and professionally with customers to provide answers and skillfully de-escalate any arising issues.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in communication, elevated customer service acumen, and outstanding interpersonal capabilities.
  • Unwavering attention to detail and a fervent passion for excelling in a high-paced environment.
  • Capability to empathize with and prioritize customer needs.
  • Proficiency in problem-solving, spanning decision-making, time management, and the immediate prioritization of assigned tasks.
