In collaboration with the courts of Alberta, Court and Justice Services provides various programs and services including educating and helping Albertans finding solutions for legal issues, navigating the court system, offering programs at no cost or a nominal charge, and administrative support to all courts in Alberta. If you are highly organized and dedicated to producing high-quality work in a fast-paced environment, we want you to join our team!The Civil Mediation Program serves Albertans across the province who are involved in a civil legal matters. As a key member of our regional team, you will provide virtual mediation services for smaller court locations throughout the province (no travel required). You will also have the opportunity to provide cover-off assistance for the Calgary and Edmonton offices (virtually).In this role, you will need to be flexible, maintain a calm demeanor, and have a high aptitude for technology. Your willingness to learn and adapt to change will be crucial for success!As Program Support with the Regional Civil Mediation team, you are the first point of contact for Alberta Justice.
