About the role

This new and exciting role supports our growing climate team, to devise and deliver an
innovative new engagement programme to stimulate uptake of energy retrofit projects amongst
householders across the Borough. Helping us to bring down emissions.

Working in harmony both with the borough’s Future Fit Homes Project Manager, and alongside the
countywide retrofit partnership, you will have close links to two other Retrofit Engagement
Officers based in both the Forest of Dean and Cotswold District Council.

It is preferable that the successful candidate has experience within the low carbon, or
retrofit sectors, previous work experience in a project management role, and be able to
demonstrate a commitment to our core values.
