RFP – Assessing Harmful Subsidies and Negative Incentives for Biodiversity and Climate Outcomes
The UNDP is looking for a firm to assess and provide recommendations on harmful subsidies and incentives in Belize that have actual or potential negative impacts on biodiversity conservation and climate outcomes, including those that directly work against the goals of the 2015 Paris Climate Agreement and the 2022 Kunming-Montreal Global Biodiversity Framework to halt biodiversity loss.
