UNDP would like to procure Professional Graphic Design and Branding Services, and Implementation of the Comprehensive Branding Plan Services for United Nations Resident Coordinator’s Office (RCO), located at Plot 61 & 63, Yusuf Lule Road, Kampala as per the Terms of Reference and Branding guidelines, and Request for Proposal document attached.
A mandatory group site inspection will be conducted on 9th September 2025, 10am, at RCO office, located at Plot 61 & 63, Yusuf Lule Road, Kampala (Opposite Golf Course Hotel)
Site Access and Inspection Contact Person: Monicah Aturinda – 077147505 and Michael Wangusa – 0771 005988, and the person MUST come with Original National ID/ or Passport.
Please submit your proposal online through quantum not later than 15th September 2025 in Uganda Shillings, only National Firms are eligible to participate, addressed to UNDP Uganda stating clearly whether the prices are inclusive or exclusive of VAT and any other taxes that may be applicable. Your letterhead should show clearly your tax identification number, TIN.
Interested suppliers must submit their offer directly in the system as instructed in the solicitation document, following the instructions in the available user guide. n case you have never registered before, you can register a profile using the registration link shared via the procurement notice and following the instructions in the guides available in UNDP website: https://www.undp.org/procurement/business/resources-for-bidders.
