Introduction
The service provider is expected to provide the following:
- Provide electric-powered boat engines, solar PV charging stations, and monitoring system with minimum requirement as specified in the tender document.
- Deliver the electric power boat engines, the solar PV charging stations and monitoring system to project site in the Matakus Village (South Tanimbar Sub-district, Tanimbar Island district), and Galo-Galo Village (South Morotai Sub-district, Morotai Island district).
- Install the electric-powered boat engines, the solar PV charging stations and monitoring system, and to ensure all feature is functioning through testing in the field and certified by UNDP.
- Develop simple website to ease the monitoring system of Solar PV Charging Station with 1 year duration since contract signed.
- Conduct 2 (two) trainings for the fishers as the beneficiaries to; 1) ensure they have ability and skills to install, operating, and perform maintenance of electric-powered boat engines and solar PV charging station and monitoring system 2) enhance the capacity of beneficiaries in established the standard operating procedures (SOP) and small-business model.
