RFQ_UNDP-NPL-00270- Long Term Agreement (LTA) for Emergency Medical Supplies

Introduction :

SCOPE OF TENDER: Long Term Agreement (LTA) Emergency Medical Supplies United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Nepal

UNDP Nepal is seeking the services of a professional and registered Medical Supplier with experience in taking supply for emergency medical supplies. The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Nepal wishes to enter into Long-term Agreement with multiple suppliers for these services.

Long Term Agreements (LTAs) will be signed with the selected bidder/s for a period of one year with the provision of an extension for an additional two years, based on satisfactory performance.

The approximate value of LTA threshold for three years (based on the previous year’s spending & forthcoming requirements) will be tentative USD 18000.00.

This is just an estimated figure, and not a guaranteed volume, and this should not be considered as a promise to do the business with selected bidder. The figure is provided to reflect the volume of the business and scope of services.
