United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) is pleased to announce the sale of UNDP Seychelles Country Office’s diplomatic vehicle – Suzuki Grand Vitara 1.9.
The vehicle is available for inspection at Sullivan Garage, Beau Vallon on Thursday 28, and Friday 29 May 2024 from 1000hrs to 1300hrs.
Please note that no person or persons will be allowed into the premises for the purpose of inspection of vehicle outside the dates and times indicated above. Interested members of the public should inform the UNDP focal persons at the UNDP contact number 2818041/2710543 that they are here for vehicle inspection.
The vehicle will be sold as “as is”, “where is” basis with no guarantee or warranty expressed or implied as to the condition of the items. There will be no refund after payments.
Bids instructions:
- BID Format: All bids must contain the following information- Subject, Description of Item, Chassis Number and Bid Price (Seychelles Rupee).
- BID Submission Channel: Bids must be submitted by Email [email protected] -email subject: “UNDP SALE OF VEHICLE” and addressed to Head of procurement for UNDP Mauritius and Seychelles.
Bids closes at 1600hrs on Thursday 05 June 2024. Bids received after this deadline will be disqualified.
Successful bidders must pay any customs, imported duties and any other charges on this vehicle to Seychelles customs authorities as the vehicle was purchased 100% duty free. Successful bidders shall be required to issue a Bank Transfer to United Nations Development Programme within 3 working days of receipt of the offer to buy. Successful bidders must remove the vehicle from the Sullivan Garage, Beau Vallon Premises within 48hours after payment is confirmed and customs and import duties have been paid.
UNDP is not bound to accept the highest or any bid, UNDP may request a bid bond from intending bidders.
