We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Account Manager to service key accounts, maintain long-term relationships, and identify new business opportunities. This role is responsible for driving sales growth while ensuring customer satisfaction and engagement.Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow existing customer accounts while identifying new business opportunities.
• Achieve annual sales objectives while exceeding customer expectations.
• Develop strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and presenting new product ideas.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to strategize and implement new sales opportunities.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales methods, customer service, and overall efficiency.
• Represent Hendriks Greenhouses at trade shows and customer presentations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Self-motivated with a proven customer-focused approach.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in horticulture or a related industry.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Attention to detail and strong follow-up skills.
• Ability to travel throughout Canada and the U.S.; overnight and weekend travel may be required.
