DescriptionSales & Client Acquisition:

Develop and execute strategies to attract new clients, secure bookings, and drive revenue.
Build lasting relationships with clients, event planners, and venues in North Vancouver and surrounding areas.
Create tailored proposals that showcase the company’s exceptional catering services and signature menus.

Event Planning & Coordination:

Lead the planning and execution of catered events, ensuring client satisfaction from start to finish.
Collaborate with culinary and service teams to deliver seamless, high-quality events.
Manage event timelines, budgets, and logistics, adapting to changing needs as required.

Marketing & Brand Representation:

Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Partner on marketing campaigns to highlight seasonal menu offerings and services.
Maintain and grow the client database while tracking sales and event performance metrics.

Requirements

A proven track record in sales, event management, or hospitality (3+ years preferred).
Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills.
A passion for food, hospitality, and creating memorable guest experiences.
Outstanding organizational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
Familiarity with the North Shore and its venues is a strong asset.
Proficiency in event management software and standard office tools.
