Select People Solutions is pleased to be working with our client in their search for a new member to their Sales and Marketing team. Successful candidates will be innovative professionals with strong communication skills. If you are well versed in driving sales and developing new marketing strategies – we want to hear from you!Compensation & Hours:

• This role is expected to be $100K/year (commission based)
• Some travel is expected

Position Summary:

• Developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and objectives
• Identifying and cultivating relationships with prospective clients, leveraging a consultative sales approach to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions
• Creating compelling marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience and drive engagement
• Utilizing market research and data analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities for business expansion
• Monitoring and evaluating the performance of sales and marketing initiatives and adjusting strategies as needed
• Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to generate leads
• Remaining informed about industry developments and market trends to inform decision-making

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of proven Sales experience with a drive to exceed expectations
• A presence or energy that captures immediate attention
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, including strong active listening skills
• Can adapt to changing circumstances or challenging situations using well developed problem solving skills and remain accountable to decisions
• Ability to travel within Western Canada
• This position is based in Lethbridge, AB. Successful candidates must reside or be willing to relocate to the Lethbridge area
