The Role

The Sales Communication and Feedback Manager is responsible for executing the Feedback Communities Strategy and Communications Framework for both Sales and Customer Success (CS) teams. This role aims to gather valuable feedback from the field, inform stakeholders, and enhance sales and revenue performance through effective communication. The role is crucial to ensuring that the Sales and CS teams have the necessary resources and information to drive success.

This is a fully remote opportunity open to candidates located anywhere in the U.S.

The Main Responsibilities

  • Assists in the development and implementation of a Communications framework and governance strategy for Sales and CS – Creates, distributes, analyzes, and shares ownership of results.

  • Determine the most effective communication vehicles to disseminate important news and initiatives to the field.

  • Conduct research, write, and distribute internal communications.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for communication channels and provide optimization recommendations for future iterations.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive feedback community framework and communications governance strategy for Sales and CS.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align on the feedback community and communications strategies.

  • Enhance the governance process to ensure the collection of crucial feedback through the feedback communities.

  • Establish the appropriate channels and cadence for feedback collection, including real-time feedback mechanisms.

  • Track all feedback collected from various channels and ensure effective communication back to stakeholders.

  • Plan, schedule, host, and follow up on communication channels and feedback community events.

  • Manage the development and distribution of end-to-end feedback community reports for the field and key stakeholders.

What We Look For in a Candidate

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing research, communications, journalism, corporate communications, PR, or related fields.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with professional writing and editing experience.

  • Exceptional attention to detail, proofreading skills, and organizational abilities.

  • Ability to create value-based content that aligns with audience needs.

  • Proficiency in analyzing survey questions and results to gain strategic insights.

  • Strong project management experience and ability to adapt to changing priorities and timelines.

  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a passion for driving change and simplification.

  • Ability to think critically, work independently, and navigate through ambiguity.

  • Executive presence and experience interacting with and presenting to EVP/VP levels.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, including active listening and proactive communication.

  • Positive attitude, strong team player, and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Compensation

The starting salary for this role differs based on the employee’s primary work location. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends on each individual’s qualifications.

Location Based Pay Ranges

$94,420 – $125,890 in these states: AR ID KY LA ME MS NE SC SD

$99,390 – $132,510 in these states: AL AZ FL GA IA IN KS MO MT ND NM OH OK PA TN UT VT WI WV WY

$104,360 – $139,140 in these states: CO HI MI MN NC NH NV OR RI

$109,330 – $145,770 in these states: AK CA CT DC DE IL MA MD NJ NY TX VA WA

As with the pay range variety that’s based on the region of a country, specific offers are determined by various factors such as experience, education, skills, certifications and other business needs.

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

This position is eligible for either short-term incentives or sales compensation. Director and VP positions also are eligible for long-term incentive.
