About the company:
IThey are a warehouse company that stores products for the government, high end furniture for designers, automotive customers, and many more. They have five specialty groups: Logistics, Supply, Fulfillment, Transportation and Manufacturing. They have recently purchased a company that builds racks like what you put your shoes and belongings in when going through airport security. They are looking for someone to assist in supporting the Sales Team.
Job Overview:
Will monitor the email communication between customer and TVI to facilitate the communication of orders. They are the main point of contact for customer concerns and updating the customer through the order process.
Example:
A company wants to order a rack and they would like for TVI to build it. They will send an email to TVI detailing what they want to order, design of what they want and when they want it. Then the CSR/Sales employee will have to relay that information to the correct person. They will then work with them to determine cost, completion estimate, and will update the customer with the appropriate information.
Day-to-day:

Monitor email communication with customers, relay information and work closely with sales team

Follow up with order updates to customer

Develop and maintain a CRM database with comprehensive metrics, including contacts, products, historic data and future purchase forecasts

Prepare weekly sales summary at end of week – orders, shipment dates, etc.

Send quotes to customers- quotes will be provided by the accounting department

Collaborate with management and production teams to ensure customer orders are moving on schedule

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and industry leaders

Prepare market research to support and maintain competitiveness

Prepare communications to solicit new opportunities for revenue growth with current customers to improve their loyalty.

Respond to all customers inquiries, questions, RFQs promptly.

Develop broad and deep relationships with the customer by consistent communication.

Assist with creating professional client facing materials.

Maintain thorough knowledge of all Venture Companies’ products and services to maximize business opportunities.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 – $20.00/hr.
