We understand that fostering a diverse and inclusive environment is critical for the success of our business, and we actively work towards it every day.As a Sales Enablement Specialist, this role will report to the Manager of Sales Effectiveness in support of the Sales Leadership and the National Sales team. S/he will contribute by supporting the National Sales Team in driving revenue by ensuring the Sales team is equipped with the content, resources, tools and training necessary to effectively sell FCT’s solutions. This will happen through the ability to liaise with Product Management, Marketing and other relevant stakeholders across FCT’s multiple lines of business. You will be a contributing team member of the Sales Effectiveness group, always looking for ways to progress the culture of sales.HERE’S HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE:

  • Drive the creation of Sales content through your partnerships with Product Management & Marketing
  • Create and manage the creation of sales enablement tools such as playbooks, battlecards, competitive bulletins, presentation decks, etc
  • Review, maintain and work with internal stakeholders to ensure key sales tools are up to date and relevant
  • Drive enablement activities to align with key internal and external events, such as product releases, campaigns, competitor actions, etc.
  • Create training that maximizes the value of Sales Enablement content and customer interactions
  • Identify sales training gaps and manage the development of training content
  • Determine opportunities for improving the sales education experience
  • Initiate Sales Enablement projects and lead cross functional teams and be accountable for deliverables
  • Respond to competitor intelligence by collecting and building customer messaging with Marketing and Product Management
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of training and Sales Enablement programs

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • 3-5 years of Sales Enablement or Product Marketing experience
  • Ideally previous B2B sales experience
  • Knowledge of B2B or channel sales, sales processes and familiarity with sales methodologies
  • Strong rapport with the sales organization
  • Bilingual in French and English is an asset
