Your primary responsibilities include:

• Developing a remote sales team by actively recruiting and hiring new agents
• Conducting training and providing coaching to onboard and develop your team
• Setting sales targets and actively motivating your team to maximize production
• Monitoring team performance metrics and providing constructive feedback
• Earning lucrative compensation based on the sales production of your remote team
• Overseeing compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

What You’ll Need:

• Prior sales management experience, ideally in the insurance or financial services industry
• Proven track record of successfully leading, coaching, and developing sales teams
• Exceptional communication and training abilities to connect with remote teams
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration and video conferencing tools
• Self-motivation and the entrepreneurial spirit to build your own driven sales force
• Strong business acumen and desire to earn performance-based compensation
