Sales ManagerWe are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our client’s sales team and drive growth in the food service industry. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of success, combined with exceptional marketing and leadership skills.RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to your region.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve targets.
  • Generate new leads and successfully close sales to meet revenue goals.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Provide regular reports on sales results and forecasts to senior management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
  • 9+ years of experience in the production or food service industry.
  • Proven marketing and sales expertise.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Willingness to work in the office.
