We offer innovative tools for secure document management, integrated financial data solutions, and client engagement, empowering professionals to optimize financial planning.As we scale, we’re seeking a Sales & Marketing Strategist to drive user growth and product adoption, helping us expand our market presence in the U.S.Project Objective: This role will focus on enhancing sales and marketing strategies to increase monthly user acquisition by at least 50 clients through cold calling, targeted social media campaigns, paid ads, and content marketing. Additionally, you’ll improve the conversion rates of our sales funnel by 25%, boost lead generation by 20%, and shorten the sales cycle by 50%.Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Sales Funnel Optimization:
- Identify potential clients and generate qualified leads.
- Optimize CRM systems to increase lead flow by 20%.
- Shorten sales cycles through automation and process enhancements.
Sales & Marketing Campaigns:
- Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies (social media, paid ads, content marketing) to drive 50 new sales per month.
- Refine the customer journey to enhance conversions by 25%.
Brand Visibility & User Engagement:
- Build brand recognition and loyalty through targeted campaigns that align with Pocket Finance’s core offerings.
- Utilize thought leadership, podcasts, webinars, and industry events to drive user engagement and brand growth.
Collaboration & Reporting:
- Work closely with the CEO and operations team to ensure marketing efforts align with company goals.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, user acquisition, and engagement metrics.
Qualifications (not all required, but nice to have:
- 1+ years of experience in sales and marketing, ideally within a fintech or SaaS environment.
- Proven ability to create and execute data-driven sales and marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage relationships and negotiations.
- Demonstrated ability to meet aggressive sales targets and optimize conversion funnels.
