About the RoleAre you an effective salesperson who enjoys daily interactions with an established client base? TD SYNNEX is looking for a Sales Representative who can deliver results and provide exceptional customer service to our partners. In this role, you will manage specific accounts, proactively driving revenues and margins to ensure organizational profitability. You’ll handle complex customer issues and elevate your sales career to the next level.What You’ll DoManage customer and territory P&L, demonstrating critical thinking to drive growth and profitability.Generate new business through inbound and outbound calling.Coordinate with the field sales team on RFPs, proposals, and QBR presentations.Identify business growth opportunities and execute growth plans.Build and maintain relationships at various levels within assigned accounts.Align with vendor management to achieve goals and coordinate customer engagement.Maintain detailed account profiles and identify opportunities for additional TD SYNNEX solutions.Identify and address potential issues, providing visibility to the Inside Account Executive/Sr. Inside Account Executive.Develop documentation and procedures for sales accounts, delegating repetitive tasks to support teams.Attend TD SYNNEX and industry events as needed.Collaborate with sales support to ensure timely and accurate processing of quotes/orders.Use project management skills to fulfill customer requests.What We’re Looking ForPost-secondary degree/diploma OR 1-3 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.Project management skills preferred.Task-oriented; responsible for order management and reporting functions.Strong data entry, problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities.Clear and effective communication skills.Skilled in negotiation and persuasive promotion/selling of ideas.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Ability to adapt to change and handle high workloads and deadlines constructively.Maintain and promote social, ethical, and organizational standards.Independent work capability with minimal supervision.Effective multi-tasking and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills.Sensitivity to the needs, concerns, and feelings of others.Intermediate proficiency with relevant computer systems and applications.#LI-AI1What’s In It For You?
