Sales Representative for our Neurovascular division – Sweden territory
What you will do :
In this role, you will help us deliver on our mission of making healthcare better by promoting and selling Stryker’s world-class Neurovascular product portfolio. You will cover the Swedish territory. Your key responsibilities:
In your role, you will start with a familiarization phase with product trainings to learn about the NV product portfolio and develop relationships with key opinion leaders.
In coordination with the Regional Sales Manager, you will build and monitor the sales plan for the assigned territory based on business objectives and customer needs.
With the focus of meeting or exceeding the quarterly/annual sales plan, you will implement strategies in the sales process, prospect new customers/users for Stryker NV products, conduct negotiations and maintain an ongoing knowledge of market trends.
With the product knowledge you have built up, you will advise, train and act as a real partner for physicians, lab and medical staff. You will also attend interventions and perform in-theatre support when required.
Further, you will secure sales revenue by liaising with different departments, coordinating product availability, delivery dates, inventory levels, etc.
You will participate in trade fairs, congresses, and business meetings in order to find potential new customers and to expand your knowledge for customer contact.
What you need
You already possess sales experience, preferably within (neuro) interventional radiology.and/or medical devices
Proficiency in spoken and written Swedish and English is required.
You hold a diploma/degree, preferably in related fields such as radiography, healthcare, business administration, etc.
You hold a valid driver’s license, and you are committed to travel within the territory as needed for position and product line support.
Excellent communication skills and team spirit is a must.
