JOB DESCRIPTION

The Sales Representative is responsible for the implementation of the Company’s sales strategy while presenting to brokerages, teams, and individual agents. This role requires travel and includes traveling to different cities across the United States for in-person presentations and meetings. The Sales Representative is responsible for scheduling presentations with partners and non-partners, scheduling meetings, and organizing office drop ins to fill the calendar for in-person weeks. The Sales Representative is also responsible for conducting virtual presentations and engaging with leads to gain agent business.

Specific responsibilities include prospecting real estate offices, teams, and top agents for presentations or meetings, and following up on leads and presentation participants using email, calls, and other resources. Success in the role will require building relationships at different levels throughout an organization to sell the value of Virtuance’s products and services, and to sell the value of our presentations and partnerships. The role requires communication with office managers, managing brokers, teams, and individual real estate agents within an office prior to presentations to increase attendance and finalize presentations details and any other details that will help result in the most effective presentations.

This role requires a strong mindset, a high-level work ethic, organization skills, and a closer mentality. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience presenting to small or large groups and closing for sales or presentations through email and cold calling. You will use communication skills and sales strategy to cultivate prospects into customers. You should be extremely organized and detail-oriented. DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Sales Representative is responsible for meeting with customers virtually or in person to identify their needs and close sales deals.

Their main duties include: 

  1. Traveling: Traveling to different cities across the U.S for in-person presentations and meetings, usually for a week at a time, up to 12 times per year. 
  2. Building a network: Identifying new leads from a variety of sources
  3. Communicating with real estate agents: Identifying and understanding their needs, and suggesting products and services to meet those needs
  4. Demonstrating products: Demonstrating the functions and value of our products and services to customers based on their needs
  5. Ensuring customer satisfaction: Maintaining customer relationships through ongoing communication
  6. Scheduling meetings and presentations virtually and in-person
  7. Creating success: organizing and finalizing in-person weeks to include office drop ins, office presentations with partners and non-partners, and individual meetings to reach the most agents possible
  8. Following up on leads: Following up to all leads, presentations participants, and offices including sharing promotions, selecting and announcing giveaway winners, and securing orders
  9. Maximizing sales opportunities: Qualifying teams or brokerages quickly for a potential Partnership, and passing along any Partnership leads to the Head of Affiliate Sales
  10. Achieve monthly sales targets by meeting/exceeding quotas

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong alignment with Virtuance’s company values
  • 2+ years of quota carrying sales experience with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding quotas
  • Posses high energy, charismatic personality, and a positive mindset
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve top results 
  • Digital literacy including use of sales automated tools & CRM
  • Strong experience making sales calls and composing professional emails
  • Experience presenting to small and/or large groups
  • Strong closing skills
  • Ability to maintain maximal organization
  • Take full ownership and accountability of your role and expected results
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

WHAT WE OFFER YOU

Compensation: on-target earnings of $80,000. This is composed of a base salary of $60,000, uncapped commission structure, and bonus opportunities.
