The Scheduler, Executive Office is responsible for providing administrative support to the Executive Offices, with a predominant focus on maintaining and facilitating scheduling for the CEO and President.How you will make a difference
- Provides scheduling and administrative support to the CEO, President, and Chief of Staff, including: Scheduling and travel logistics for the Executive Office; Financial reporting following events; tracking correspondence and requests.
- Provides organizational and administrative support to the Executive Office, including word processing, photocopying, collating documents, handling and distributing incoming mail, faxing, and filing, maintaining electronic and hard copies of the document, and preparing meeting materials as assigned.
- Assist in small-scale department projects, preparing materials, sourcing information, prioritizing project tasks and activities, following up on outstanding items, and ensuring assigned tasks are completed according to project timelines.
- Provide backup support to Executive Assistant, and other tasks as assigned.
Requirements that are important to us
- Community College Diploma in Business/Office Administration or equivalent
- 2-3 years relevant experience
The OMA has moved to a permanent hybrid work environment. As such, the individual in this position will be required to work a minimum number of days in our Toronto office.What do we have to offer you?
