We are looking for a committed and compassionate Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our dedicated team. You will work closely with students, teachers and other staff to provide essential support to those who need extra help with their learning.What we’re looking for:

• Eligibility to work in UK
• Enhanced DBS or willing to get new one
• Experience working with young people (desirable but not essential)
• A willingness to learn and adapt to different student needs
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities of this role include:

• Supporting students with their academic, social and emotional development
• Assisting teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
• Helping students with special educational needs (SEN) access the curriculum
• Encouraging positive behaviour and fostering a love for learning
• Working one-to-one or in small groups with students
