As a Science Teacher, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to ignite students’ passion for Biology, Chemistry, and Physics across various key stages. Your role will be crucial in fostering critical thinking, scientific inquiry, and academic achievement.Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Deliver Dynamic Lessons: Create engaging and interactive lessons in Biology, Chemistry, and Physics that inspire students’ imaginations.
• Cultivate a Curious Classroom: Establish a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel encouraged to explore.
• Personalise Learning: Tailor your teaching strategies to accommodate the diverse needs of your students, ensuring each one can thrive.
• Monitor and Motivate: Regularly assess student progress and provide insightful, constructive feedback to support their growth.
• Innovate the Curriculum: Play an integral role in developing the science curriculum, incorporating cutting-edge resources and innovative methods.
• Collaborate and Share: Work alongside colleagues to share best practices and continuously improve teaching and learning across the school.
• Enrich the Experience: Participate in extra-curricular activities and school events to provide students with a well-rounded educational experience.

Requirements:

• A degree in Science (Biology, Chemistry, Physics) or a related field.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Strong subject knowledge across Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
• A commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive school community.
