Are you looking for your next role teaching Science in a great school located in Redbridge?We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic Science teacher to join our client, a highly regarded academy in Redbridge, starting in September 2024 for a 1-year maternity contract. This full-time role involves teaching Key Stage 3 Science and offers a salary in line with the Inner London MPS/UPS.Job Role Requirements:

• Teach Science to Key Stage 3 students
• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons
• Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of students
• Create a positive learning environment that fosters student engagement and achievement
• Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the broader school community

Qualifications and Person Specification:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• A degree in Science or a related field
• Proven experience teaching Science at Key Stage 3
• Strong classroom management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to continuous professional development and educational best practices
