Job Role – Scrum MasterExperience Range – 8-10 yrs expr (Kindly stick to experience required, overall experience of candidate should not exceed 10 yrs)Location – Remote (Candidate should be local to Canada)Job Description :Candidate should be comfortable working in the EST time zoneExperience ranges from 8 to 10 yearsGuides and coaches the Scrum Team on how to use Agile practices and principles to deliver high-quality products and services to our customers.Gets team to a high-performing level by recognizing areas of strength and improvement and employing appropriate coaching and development techniques.Must be able to manage multiple teamsResponsible for ensuring Scrum is understood and the team adheres to Scrum theory, practice, and guidelines.Remove impediments and coach the scrum team on removing impedimentsFacilitates and supports scrum events as needed: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.Help the product owner maintain the Product backlogCoaches the Scrum team in self-organizationResolve conflicts and issues that occurHelp the scrum team achieve higher levels of scrum maturitySupport the product owner and provide education where neededActs as a leader who coaches and supports Agile teamsOutstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skillsAbility to analyze and think quickly and to resolve conflict
