What you will do:

  • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives) and ensure effective communication within the team.

  • Be accountable for scrum team effectiveness.

  • Work with cross-functional teams including embedded software engineers, electrical engineers, product owners, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration and deliver high-quality products.

  • Ensure that the Scrum team is delivering the committed work on time and within the agreed scope, while ensuring optimal performance and the elimination of blockers and on creating high value increments that eventually meet the Definition of Done.

  • Track and report on the progress of the team, ensuring that the status of sprints, work completion, and risks are communicated to stakeholders regularly.

  • Provide coaching and support to individual team members on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and effective collaboration within the embedded and electrical engineering domains.

  • Plan and advise Scrum implementation within organization.

  • Seeks opportunities for improvement to the overall effectiveness of teams and the organization.

What you need:

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • 9+ years of experience with Proven experience (3+ years) as a Scrum Master within an embedded systems or electrical engineering environment with in-depth knowledge on Agile and Scrum Practices.

  • Strong understanding of embedded systems and electrical/software integration along with experience leading agile teams across multiple geographies and cultures, including offshore environments.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to be able to deliver various scrum trainings.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience of working with Agile Tools and techniques like JIRA, Confluence, Retrospective Boards other Agile project management tools.

  • Experience with electrical testing, circuit design, and embedded software development.

  • Must have at least one of Scrum Certification – CSM or PSM1.

  • Experience working in regulated industries like automotive, medical devices, or aerospace.
