We are searching for polite, professional Call Center Representatives to work closely with our Gelson’s Kitchen team members to provide outstanding service to our customers placing their Holiday Meal order, answering questions, and troubleshooting problems with our products and services.

Pay range: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Exceptional customer service, active listening, verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice.
- Understanding of company products, services, and policies.
- Adaptability and accountability.
- Fluency in multiple languages may be desired.
The Call Center Representative may handle a high volume of inbound or outbound calls and should seek to create a positive experience for each caller. To be a successful Call Center Representative, you should be customer-focused, detail oriented, and efficient. You should be polite, reliable, knowledgeable, and adaptable.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering calls from customers looking to place an order for their Holiday Meals.
- Responding efficiently and accurately, explaining our products and services ensuring that customers feel confident and valued.
- Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming and clarifying information.
- Building relationships with customers based on trust and reliability.
- Utilizing software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately.
- Understanding and striving to meet or exceed customers’ expectations.
- Making recommendations for products that may better suit our customer’s needs.
- Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of company products.
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
- Other related duties and assignments as required
