Seasonal Field Surveyors

We are a specialist Ecology consultancy based in Gloucestershire, and we are currently looking for people to join our small but growing team working on projects throughout the UK. In particular, we are looking for people based in the South East.

We are recruiting seasonal field surveyors.

Fixed term temporary contracts (with holiday allowance) available with a competitive salary and expenses allowance.

What we are looking for:

• Degree or equivalent experience in an environmental field.
• Ideally, some experience in undertaking a range of habitat and species surveys.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Full valid (clean) driving licence and access to a vehicle insured for business use.
• Ability to travel and work some evenings, with a requirement for overnight stays.
• An organised approach to work, flexibility and a high level of motivation.
• Ornithological and / or botanical skills would be advantageous.
• A Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) Card would be advantageous.

Successful candidates will receive appropriate training to develop their skills and knowledge.
