Secondary School Teaching Assistant Level 3 VacancyJustteachers is seeking a dedicated and skilled Teaching Assistant Level 3 to join our dynamic secondary school team in Warrington. This role will focus on providing support across Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4), helping to ensure a high-quality learning environment for all students.Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting the class teacher in the delivery of the curriculum across KS3 and KS4.
• Supporting lesson planning, resource preparation, and classroom management.
• Providing targeted support to individuals or small groups, particularly students needing additional help with their learning.
• Supporting students in their emotional, social, and academic development.
• Monitoring students’ progress and reporting back to the teacher.
• Collaborating with other school staff to foster a positive and engaging learning environment.

Essential Requirements:

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification (or equivalent).
• Previous experience working with secondary-aged students in KS3 and KS4.
• Strong understanding of the national curriculum and adolescent development.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working within a team.
• The ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
• A proactive, flexible, and caring attitude.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people.
• Experience supporting students with special educational needs (SEN).
