Location: Flexible (in-person or remote options available)About the Role
As a Secondary-Age Tutor, you’ll support students from diverse backgrounds, helping them excel in core subjects and prepare for key academic milestones such as GCSEs and A-levels. By creating engaging lesson plans and offering tailored support, you’ll play a vital role in boosting students’ confidence and equipping them for academic success.Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver subject-specific lessons tailored to each student’s individual learning needs and goals.
• Identify students’ strengths and areas for improvement, ensuring continuous academic progress.
• Use creative and interactive teaching methods to make challenging topics accessible and engaging.
• Provide regular updates and feedback to parents and schools, celebrating achievements and addressing concerns.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in secondary education or tutoring, with expertise in your subject area.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to break down complex topics for secondary-age pupils.
• Patience, adaptability, and enthusiasm for fostering a supportive learning environment.
• A degree in Education or a relevant field (preferred but not required).
