The incumbents of this post report to their supervisor; Officer or Section Head.
Responsibilities
The incumbent: 1. Receives, sorts and registers incoming mail; locates and attaches referenced background material and distributes to staff members as appropriate; drafts simple and routine correspondence, files documents, and dispatches mail; 2. Performs word processing duties; creates, updates, and maintains materials using standard computer applications; 3. Checks the accuracy of materials produced and takes action as necessary; 4. Maintains files, registers records, and backs up important material in electronic format as directed; 5. Orders and safe keeps office supplies; 6. Performs other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor

Education
– Required academic qualifications: 1. Completion of full secondary education 2. The amount of this Allowance shall be NIS 2000 per month for each eligible Area staff holding Jerusalem ID and working in any of UNRWA installations in West Bank Field; or b.
