The role we are offering you:
Greet people at the security office
Provide administrative support to the entire security team, including tasks related to:
Amex
Controlled Goods Programs and PSPC Contract Security Program
Translation
Report production
Access card management
Correspondence
Meeting planning
Supplies management
Filing
Any other related tasks
Coordinate the overall fingerprinting process required for security clearances.
Manage all employee files (opening, updating, closing).
Our ideal candidate has:
College diploma or professional certification in secretarial studies, or an equivalent combination of training and related experience.
1 to 3 years of experience • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
Good attention to detail, teamwork spirit, flexibility, tact, diplomacy, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Effective time management; autonomous and responsible.
Maintain a high level of confidentiality.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) • Perfectly bilingual (French and English).
