- Control the arrival and departure of employees, customers and other people;
- Play an active role in identifying, monitoring and reporting potential threats;
- Monitor intrusion and fire alarms and respond to all emergencies;
- Communicate with emergency services and collaborate with first responders (if necessary);
- Carry out exterior and interior patrols;
- Write event reports to document incidents and record evidence;
- Report all potentially dangerous situations to the safety manager.
